About
"Who's minding the shop?"
For most small UK businesses selling online, the honest answer is nobody. The site went live a year ago, the ads run themselves badly or not at all, and nobody's watching whether visitors actually buy.
That's the job I do. I'm Andrea, and Mind the Shop is a one-person studio: I design and build Shopify stores and lead-gen sites, then run the paid ads that bring customers through the door.
Where the experience comes from
I run marketing in-house today — not years ago. I'm the digital marketing & e-commerce manager for Redber Coffee, a mature UK Shopify business with subscriptions, a loyalty programme and over 9,000 reviews — exactly the kind of store most e-commerce clients are trying to become. Before that, I held marketing and ads roles at KRUK, a large multinational financial group, running performance marketing at scale under tight constraints.
I've also built and run a DTC brand of my own, EonKind — brand system, Shopify store, email automation and reviews, taken from zero to launch single-handed. And I've delivered for real clients, like Calm Horizons CBT, a BABCP-accredited therapy practice whose site and enquiry funnel I built. Both stories are on the work page.

How I work
Every project ends with a handover doc so you can run things yourself — I mind the shop until the shop minds itself.
