Refund policy

Mind the Shop sells services, not physical goods, so nothing is shipped and traditional returns don't apply. Audits: once work has begun, fees are non-refundable — you'll always receive the completed audit. Builds and sprints: work is governed by your project agreement — a 50% deposit secures your slot, and if you cancel before work begins, the deposit is refunded minus any work already done. If something's gone wrong, email us — we'd rather fix it than argue about it.
